This is a truly friendly and welcoming club, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. If you visit Las Vegas for business or pleasure, you should really think of setting aside some time at Nevada Sun Rancho.
The club's web site proclaims it "The Biggest Little Nudist Club in Nevada", and includes a healthy statement of their viewpoints:
...The club members believe in the essential wholesomeness of
all human bodies and the natural functions they perform. We also
believe in the naturalness of social nudism and consider the
exposure of the entire human body to sunlight and air beneficial.
Our members cherish the thoughts and memories that nudism has
brought to them.
...Children are always welcome and we encourage you to bring them
along on your next visit. Whether you are a long time nudist or
a first timer, Nevada Sun Rancho has a place for you.
The club has reasonably priced, air-conditioned rental cabins, as well as Recreational Vehicle spots (some with full hook-ups) and grassy tent camping sites. There is a solar-heated pool, a hot tub, and lots of deck space for sunning and conversation. A members' club house with an ample kitchen serves up food for many special events.
You reach Sandy Valley by leaving Interstate 15 at Jean, just East of the California-Nevada state line, and traveling North. Then, just before you get to Goodsprings, you take a left turn onto the road that winds South over the hills and down into Sandy Valley. After that, you'll never find the club without the directions you get when you are invited to come.
